Remove an Allocation from a Calendar

You can remove an allocation from a calendar and return it to the resourcing pool.

To remove an allocation from a calendar and put it back into the resourcing pool, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Menu > Manage Agency > Staff Scheduler.
  2. On the Staff Scheduler page, select the employee from whom you want to remove the work.
  3. On the calendar grid, select the entry that you want to remove.
  4. Click De-schedule or click Ctrl+Delete (Windows) / CMD+DELETE (Macintosh).
  5. Click Save.
